I placed an order to upgrade to the iPhone 17 Pro on March 3. Shortly after, I received an email from EE with an 8 digit Order Reference Number. The email also said that I would receive a phone call within one working day, but I still haven’t received any call.
I tried logging into my account and using the Track Order function, but it says that a 10–12 digit Order Reference Number is required, so I can’t track my order because my number only has 8 digits.
Could you please tell me how I can check the status of my order?

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 for an update. I would ask them for your order number to allow access to order tracking.
I would download the DPD app as well.
