I ordered a new Iphone 17 Pro on the 9th, it was in the evening around 7pm. its now Friday the 14th, and my order has not been shipped. This is what the tracking is showing

I've not recieved any updats and whenever I phone in, they give different information.. The first person I spoke to said it would take 14 days, the next person said it should be shipped within 5 working days, my contract says it should've been shipped within 24 hours.. I'm getting really frustrated and want to know where my order is, as I was really hoping on having it by the end of the week, and now its looking like I won't have it...

There is no account access on these forums. If you have checked EE order tracking and this does not help then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 frustrating as that maybe.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been waiting for your phone longer than you were expecting.
As @Northerner mentioned, we don't have any access to customer accounts here in the EE Community, so we'd not be able to give you an update on your specific order.
If you can let me know the memory size and colour, I can take a look at our stock pages and give you a rough idea of how long the phone should take though?
