Where is my Order??

I ordered a new Iphone 17 Pro on the 9th, it was in the evening around 7pm. its now Friday the 14th, and my order has not been shipped. This is what the tracking is showing

I've not recieved any updats and whenever I phone in, they give different information.. The first person I spoke to said it would take 14 days, the next person said it should be shipped within 5 working days, my contract says it should've been shipped within 24 hours.. I'm getting really frustrated and want to know where my order is, as I was really hoping on having it by the end of the week, and now its looking like I won't have it...

@Jo398 Thanks for providing those details. At the time of your order the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256Gb in Silver had the guidance to expect dispatch within 14 days of order, so it is still within that timescale at the moment. The oldest backorder we have for the phone is from 5th Feb.

I would like to know how long I’m going to be waiting for my phone. I’ve ordered a 1024GB IPhone 17 Pro Max in silver. I’m a bit shocked by this as normally when anyone I know orders something from EE it arrives within a couple of days.

We want to get your phone to you as swiftly as possible. I can see that we are looking at a delivery window of around 14 days, as we await more stock. If we get more stock in early than anticipated, then we absolutely get the phone to you more quickly.
