Where is my Order??

I ordered a new Iphone 17 Pro on the 9th, it was in the evening around 7pm. its now Friday the 14th, and my order has not been shipped. This is what the tracking is showing

I've not recieved any updats and whenever I phone in, they give different information.. The first person I spoke to said it would take 14 days, the next person said it should be shipped within 5 working days, my contract says it should've been shipped within 24 hours.. I'm getting really frustrated and want to know where my order is, as I was really hoping on having it by the end of the week, and now its looking like I won't have it...

There is no account access on these forums. If you have checked EE order tracking and this does not help then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 frustrating as that maybe.

Download the DPD app as well.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been waiting for your phone longer than you were expecting.

As @Northerner mentioned, we don't have any access to customer accounts here in the EE Community, so we'd not be able to give you an update on your specific order.

If you can let me know the memory size and colour, I can take a look at our stock pages and give you a rough idea of how long the phone should take though?

Hi, thanks for the response, 

The phone is an Iphone 17 Pro - In a dark Blue colour. 

I had hoped it would ship today as this would be a full week to allow the phone t ship, but its still not been dispatched. I have phoned EE and they can't give me anymore information, and I have downloaded the DPD app and cannot see any parcels due for my address.

It depends which memory size you chose. I'll lay out the current estimated delivery timescales for each iPhone 17 Pro in Deep Blue below:

  • 1TB - Expected dispatch within 14 days
  • 512GB - Expected dispatch within 14 days
  • 256GB - Expected dispatch within 7 days

DPD will be in touch with you the day before, and morning of delivery. If you have any concerns about your order, I recommend speaking with our Customer Support team so they can check it for you.

Its the 256GB, was ordered last week Sunday, so its been a week now

@Lucci2Sticks1 Thank you for clarifying the specific model. So at the time of your order the expected guidance was to expect dispatch within 14 days of order, so it is still within those timescales at the moment. We don't get any more specific information on exact dates new stock will be received.  

So your order is secure in the queue we are just awaiting stock within the expected timescales to then fulfil it. Once it is dispatched you will receive notification from DPD with the tracking information. 

The current guidance posted above was the update on 11th Nov, meaning any new orders placed placed on 11th Nov will dispatch within 7 days of 11th Nov, and any back orders like yours will be fulfilled before new orders.
