i have ordered an upgrade however it is not yet received dhl has texted me my time slots but aren't showing up and i havent received a tracking number either

Resolved! SIM Upgrade

I recently received a text to say EE are freshening up their SIM plans and gave me a few options, all of which were slightly more expensive. I was offered a 30 day rolling plan at £13 a month or a 24 month plan at £10 a month, the latter suits me bet...

Resolved! Failed DPD delivery twice and bad customer support

Hi All,I didn't know ordering an upgrade is so bad.. Order made.. 2 attempts by DPD failed.. where address is provided correctly.. CCTV in front of my house and no sign of the driver at all..Calling EE support to cancel this order as what is the poin...

Changing address

Hi. I have an order that was attempted to my home address today. However I will be at work for redelivery tomorrow. DPD says I need to change the address with EE but I can’t get through to anyone? I really need my phone asap

4GEE

Hi all,I ordered a 4GEE router and received it yesterday but there was no SIM card, does anyone know if this is supposed to be received with it or does it come separately via Royal Mail? thanks!

Resolved! Trying to upgrade but having problems with account

I’m due an upgrade so have been through the whole process of adding the new phone to my basket. Once I click on checkout it comes up saying there’s a problem and that I’m not the account holder but I am
