No order tracking

Placed an order for an upgrade last night received an email confirming my order and direct debit but when I ho to track my order with the number on the email ot says tracking number timed out, haven't received any other emails.

Also what model of phone, including the colour and storage version, is it you've gone for here?

Exactly the same issue

Ordered an upgrade 14/12, received email confirmation and order number, but unable to track the order 5 days later with the website stating timed out and no other emails received, no dispatch notice, delivery or other communications.

Although we don't have access to customer accounts here in the Community, If you let me know the make, model, memory size and colour, I'll be able to have a look to see if there are any stock updates for you.

Thanks @roelmann I've just checked the stock of that phone, and it does look like it's in stock.

I'd recommend giving one of our guides a call so that they can look into your order and give you an update.
