No order confirmation email

I ordered broadband and tv, No order confirmation email has arrived........ and today only the TV box was delivered , no hub has arrived and I have no VOL number to track the order. I also have not been given an account number so I cannot link the app......

We don't have access via these forums to check your order, but if you give our broadband customer care team a call, they should be able to check our system via your details and confirm what's happening with the order.
