Repair quote not showing

Hi there, I sent my phone off to be repaired 10 days ago. The tracker says I should have received a quote but I’ve had no emails. What do I do?

Have you checked your junk/spam folder? if not there, you will have to ring customer service, as we have no account access here and do not know who you are.
