Ordered a phone yesterday never got an confirmation email how do I know if I've been accepted or not took the money though

Hi @Sinead232 It's great news that you've placed an order with us 🙂

After you placed the order, did the page display an XKO reference? If it did, that's a good indication that the order has gone through.

Could you check your email's spam folder to see if a confirmation email has gone into there please?
