Won't let me upgrade to iPhone 15

I've been logged on since 1pm and it's not letting me upgrade. It keeps saying it can't log me in even though I am logged in. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Same as my experience by the sound of it, Stevie who I spoke to was amazing, the process was so slow but he persisted and we got there in the end

No call them. I had that and have had experience were the order isn’t processed as you need to call up to confirm whatever it is. Probably a glitch as so many are having the same email but you need to call for it to be processed.

 I’m sure they will be working overnight to make sure the systems are fixed asap

They should update their systems then. Last year it was fine. I couldn’t order online or over the phone I was told their system was down. By accident the phone I kept trying to pick ended up in my basket without me knowing when it happened, when I did manage to order it said confirm it by calling I called 150 was told the system is down call back in 1 hour, I waited 30 minutes and called the number on the email they took 1 hour 20 minutes to pick up, the person did finish my order but not the order I placed be did a fresh one.

Yes after hours of trying. I had to call and wait over 1 hour 20 minutes instead of confirming my order EE made a new order for what I wanted. Now I’m not getting my on launch day because of EE. I was trying to order since 1pm managed to get a order after 7 pm. 

When I finally managed to place my order it was within 14 days. Now if you check EE for a new order it’s 28 days.
