Hi folks,
I'm trying to upgrade my device to a iPhone 16 'Nearly New'.
I chose the device, maxed out the amount I pay for the device up front. Chose my plan and added to the basket. Went through check out and it errored out before payment.
When I went to restart the process I can no longer change the amount I pay up front for the device?
What is going on?
