I've been logged on since 1pm and it's not letting me upgrade. It keeps saying it can't log me in even though I am logged in. Is anyone else having the same issue?

I just pre ordered mine on apple website and got it but the site keeps going offline now. I’m guessing cos so many want one

I had so many restarts due to the website being flaky.
i was on it at 1pm and it was only giving the option for 1tb storage option

What gets me is the email you get when placing an order that says we need to confirm some detail please call us, then you spend nearly 2 hours listening to the same 4 songs (they’re not even good) I’m about ready to slit my wrists with this **bleep**

No. Waiting on a call back as systems are down. I probably won’t get a callback though. Website is still taking ages to load, sending you to unknown pages when I try and press upgrade. Telling me I’m due an early upgrade then when I try and select a phone it says there are no plans for me 🤣

I was on hold for 40 min, finally spoke to an advisor who was looking into my order placed online at 12:59pm. She then went to look for my order and left me on hold for 1hr 10min. Hung up - will try back later but looks like EE dropped the ball as Apple are now showing late-November for the model I ordered.
