@Trifonova : Than do what they ask if you want your order fulfilled. Coming to this user discussion group, who wouldn't know what EE is wanting to know, is pointless.

After I applied and they held my money I received a message on my phone saying Hi from EE. We're sorry, there's an issue with your recent order ************. Please contact us at ee.co.uk/message-us and one of our Guides will get your order back on track. Thanks.
