Orders and deliveries of Ipad

I phoned up and ordered an IPad on Thursday 16/04,but I’ve not had any sort of confirmation. No email or text message regarding delivery. I know it’s a bank holiday weekend but I thought I would’ve heard something back. I have a record of all the documents with how much I’m paying etc but no actual confirmation email. What do I do next?

It may still need to be processed. If you want clarification you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Did you get your phone I’m having the same issue 

The order wasn’t put through properly so the CS advisor had to do it again. Luckily they didn’t take any money though. Got some money off though.
