I placed a SIM-only order on the EE website 2 days ago. However, whenever I try to check the status using the online order tracker, I keep getting an error message saying 'Sorry, that didn't work! Please try again.'
Since it is a SIM-only order, I cannot track it. Could a community moderator or an EE guide please check if my order has been dispatched yet? I can provide my order reference number via private message (DM).
