I ordered an iPhone 17 on 31/10 have checked the tracker it says dispatched but have received no texts or emails about delivery yet

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Already have the app mate, nothings come up on it thank you though

For orders placed on 31/10/2025 for iPhone 17 256GB Mist Blue, the expected dispatch is within 28 days. 

Once stock is assigned to your order, further updates will follow. DPD will then be in touch to set your delivery date and timeslot. 
It's great you have the DPD app, as @Northerner has mentioned above, as this is going to be the best place to watch out for those updates coming through.
