I have been trying to place an order for the PS5 pro through EE Finance. When clicking complete order, I am stuck on this screen and the order does not complete.
I have also not received any emails which also confirms that the order has not went through.

Welcome to the community.
If the you've not had a confirmation email or didn't see a confirmation screen showing an order number, there is a chance that the order may not have processed.
Rather than trying again straightaway, I'd recommend speaking with our customer service guides so they can check for an order.
