Hi, I placed an order on 13/04/25 & shortly after had an email confirmation as well as a dispatch email, however since then I have heard nothing & all the tracker says it “dispatched” but still no sign of delivery, thanks

I am gutted to hear you have not received your order, this does sound odd that it has been dispatched but not delivered. 

What did you order? 

Have you had a chance to speak with our customer service team over the phone?

Hi thanks for your reply, no as of yet I haven’t been able to contact the customer support but upon checking of the tracking it doesn’t seem to change from simply saying dispatched, it was also a tablet order to be delivered to store for pick up. Thank you for your reply

Or you could pop into the store if it is local and see if they can give you an update. 

 

hi thanks, I have just tried to phone the ee customer number however I couldn’t seem to find an option which includes order tracking, thank you
