Hi I placed an order last night, I paid the £30 upfront cost and have had a confirmation email but nothing since. When I go to track my order it says it was wrong. I’m using an xko number. Can I please have some assistance with this. Thank you

It's great to hear you have placed an order with us, what was it you ordered?
When you place an order online you will receive an acknowledgement email with your order reference number. It then goes through a processing and credit check stage, once your order is fully accepted you will receive correspondence advising on despatch information.
If for any reason we need any further details you will receive an email advising you to get in touch with our digital sales team.

Hi Ritu,
Thank you for the information. I ordered an iPhone 17 pro max in the blue colour. Hopefully I hear back today. I was just concerned that I’d paid the upfront cost and that it meant I was £30 down and nothing was happening.

You don't need to worry about being £30 down. The order will either go through or if it is unsuccessful then the money would be returned to your bank.
Which storage size did you order for the iPhone 17 Pro Max? I can have a look at the stock information to see if there are any delays on stock.
