Hi I placed an order last night, I paid the £30 upfront cost and have had a confirmation email but nothing since. When I go to track my order it says it was wrong. I’m using an xko number. Can I please have some assistance with this. Thank you

It's great to hear you have placed an order with us, what was it you ordered?
When you place an order online you will receive an acknowledgement email with your order reference number. It then goes through a processing and credit check stage, once your order is fully accepted you will receive correspondence advising on despatch information.
