Purchased plan & sim but received nothing

1) I purchased a monthly data plan for +447********* for £15 and it doesn't show in my data plans.

2) I also purchased an Esim for £30 and I've not got any confirmation. Order Ref: BTC**********. 

I'm overseas. How do I speak to someone at EE on a chat? Please call me. My number is +94*********

  1. Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status when not connected to WiFi to see your data & credit status.

No one will contact you from this user discussion group other than thro' the medium of these forums by posts such as this. Anyway we haven't the faintest idea who you are. You need to phone CS. Try calling EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 2) in my sig. using a web-calling app over WiFi.
