Hello sorry to bother you all I placed an order yesterday I got given my order number and pre contract in email also have up front money taken but I haven’t heard anything since the. I don’t know if this means the orders gone through or not the ko number doesn’t work to track just says unavailable

It is great to hear you've placed an order.
As @Chris_B has said, you'll get full tracking details when the phone is on the way, so keep an eye out for a text or email from DPD with more details and delivery PIN that'll need to be given to the driver when they arrive.
You can also download the DPD app to see the delivery progress, as well as showing the PIN.

@Sarahleo16 the order number you received is just an order number because you’ve placed an order. You’ll receive a tracking number once a device is allocated to you. You can’t track nothing
