email query

hi all,

i ordered a phone contract through a new account, and in my list of emails, it mentions calling them to discuss (then it cuts off). when i click on the email, it doesn’t say anything about it, just that they will text if they need more info, which they haven’t done.

do i need to call? or am i good?
