I’ve received an email the other day stating that my order is on its way, and whenever I try tracking it, it’s “incorrect”, and no matter how many times I’ve put the right details it’s still not working.
click and collect orders don’t have tracking information or does it not track orders for click and collect in store?

If you’ve got your confirmation email but you’re unable to track your order, the best next step is to get in touch with our Customer Support team. They’ll be able to check your order status and give you the latest update.
