Just signed up with EE....everything went though and just got a text saying they've cancelled the order as there was a problem with my debit card (despite EE taking £30 out) Can't find anyone to contact...I prefer talking to a human. Any suggestions? Thanks

Sorry to hear your application was cancelled.
Please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check what went wrong with your order and look at manually re-process it for you over the phone.
The upfront payment you made at the time of your order was only a pre-authorisation for the payment, which is held as "pending" with your bank.
As your application has not been processed we will not take the payment, so your bank/card issuer will automatically release the Pending Payment back to your account. They usually do this after 10 working days.
