I placed an order online a couple of days ago and it said it would be dispatched within a day.
I have had no further email or texts confirming anything further. I can understand if there was a delay due to current circumstances, but all I have is an email saying within 1 day.
I tried the online tracker but is says I can use it (the error message doesn't give an specifics so is pretty unhelpful)
How can I chase this?

That model is showing as in stock. Please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can check the status of your order.

I am in the same position. Ordered an Apple Watch Ultra last Friday. Had the confirmation of order email with order number, also had a text saying how to set it up but nothing else. Website showed as dispatched within 24 hours. Looked at my app and there is a new number appeared which I assume is the watch but not heard anything about delivery.............very frustrating...
