No order delivery date

I placed an order online a couple of days ago and it said it would be dispatched within a day. 

 

I have had no further email or texts confirming anything further. I can understand if there was a delay due to current circumstances, but all I have is an email saying within 1 day. 

 

I tried the online tracker but is says I can use it (the error message doesn't give an specifics so is pretty unhelpful)

 

How can I chase this?

The EE website says that the call centres are closed 7 days a week (opening at 11.02am & closing at 11.02am) but if I actually dial 150 I get told a wait of over an hour.

I dont mind waiting if I'm actually able to speak to someone but the information provided is conflicting

 

I hope everyone is as well as can be given the current circumstances

Hi Leanne,

 

I got a confirmation email that said in stock usually delivered with 24 hours with all the order details on that’s was Thursday. 

it’s an Apple Watch, series 5 40 mm in pink and gold.

Did you make a payment for the Apple Watch when you placed your order?

 

You will get a text message form DPD the day before your delivery to let you know your device is on the way 🙂

Is it possible to advise a rough time frame of what to expect for delivery?
