Hi
I ordered EE TV and broadband a few weeks ago but after my current provider came back with a better deal I cancelled the EE contract both by phone and by letter (recorded delivery) and the order was no longer visible on the EE app.
I had a text from Royal Mail today informing me my EE/BT order was on the way. I have BT broadband at my business but recently had a new router for that so I presume this is something headed for my home address.
How can I put a stop to this?
