I ordered a mobile. But I received it by mobile from your designated store. And I apply for my refund but it's been so long today I haven't received my money back. Please solve it for me. My order number is xko294678467... I didn't get it resolved.. As I didn't receive this mobile please take back the mobile through the store and arrange to pay my money soon. If you don't solve it soon, I will be forced to take legal action. Deposit 30+100=130 on 17/02/2023. I want my money back.

Did you receive delivery of your phone and then return it to us or did you cancel the order before it was delivered?

The store where I told to give the phone, you sent the phone to that store,
but I did not collect the mobile. I canceled my order by calling your
helpline.. 7/03/2024 I was given only 46 pounds.. but I paid a total
deposit of 130 pounds. Please help me pay the rest of the money. thank you

Please allow up to 14 days from the day your phone was received back in our warehouse for your upfront payment to be refunded.

I did it together at 130 pounds, but against that you first gave me 46.40 pounds.. and today 53.60 pounds.. When will I get the remaining 30 pounds from you? Please say thank you
