Hi,
I processed my upgrade about 30 mins ago, the website took the upfront cost but then crashed and I’m quite concerned as I haven’t received an email/text to confirm my upgrade. My app hasn’t updated either, has this happened to anyone else? Is there anything I should do?

Have you had an email confirming your order since you posted?
Your EE app would update once the order has been dispatched, if you would like to check everything went through OK please call us on 150 🙂
