Awaiting my S22 in backlog

Not happy with the poor upgrade service and communication. It seems like EE are getting worse. Ordered an upgrade on the 4th and rang last week to be told there is a backlog of deliveries.

Phone delivery

I ordered a Samsung z fold on the 5th of January which said it would be dispatched within 14 days. It's been almost 3 weeks and I've had absolutely no update. Does that mean it hasn't even been sent yet?
