my order has not been completed

Good evening, I requested an iPhone 15 Pro Max through the website and the amount of £30 pounds was removed from my account and at the end of the order to confirm the screen went white and my order did not complete. I didn't receive any email or SMS to inform me what happened and my money was withdrawn from my account.

The money was reserved by your bank subject to EE requesting the payment, not taken. 

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 if you're already an EE customer or via contact us to check if your order was received.
