I orderd a Quest 3 three days ago but cant track it anywhere it stated that it will be 2-3 days to ship but ive not had any other emails or texts to say where it is or when it will be here. i go to my EE to track a order but it does not work with the ref number it gave me

i phoned two diffrent teams today and it turns out like you its not in stock even tho it let me order it and i wasnt notified about them canceling my order as you cant have pre or back orders on that item, so i asked why wasnt i told and he said that a text was sent but i never got it or a email telling me that, im not happy at all that 5 days have past and im the one that has to go digging to be told oh well we sent a text ( that i never got ) so now im going to see how long my upfront cost payment will take to go back in to my bank

 

I ordered the 128gb, They never mentioned anything about order being cancelled. This is what they told me: 

"I've can see the order for the Meta Quest 3 is confirmed on the account. The order at the moment is showing as an open sales order, this means we have confirmed the order and now awaiting the stock to be fulfilled for it. I am sorry for the delay in getting the order, we have had a high demand for this and we will dispatch your order as soon as we have the stock

I'm not quite sure on when we will have stock available, however, our stock is always updating and changing, so hopefully it won't be much longer. Once we have the stock we will let you know by text that it has been dispatched."

Ive now got one from somewhere els but my son inlaw orderd the same one i did and got it so im confused on how that works ? why EE refused me but two days later sent one to him and yet i had to contact multible people to find out what was going on

im not happy with how it was handled at all

It sounds like your son in law's order was fulfilled before stock ran out.

I'm sorry that you didn't receive your order cancellation text, I understand that it has been a frustrating experience for you.

hi, i ordered one on Thursday, i assume the Quest 3's still out of stock as i have not heard anything from EE or DPD since the confirmation email, which stated "its out for delivery". I was told on the phone on Friday that this would be delivered Monday latest but its currently almost 6pm and nothing has come?

i am also unable to track the package on the EE website with the code given via the email confirmation.

If your email stated it is out for delivery, your order is with DPD.

Have you tracked it on their website/app using the tracking number included in the email?
