I orderd a Quest 3 three days ago but cant track it anywhere it stated that it will be 2-3 days to ship but ive not had any other emails or texts to say where it is or when it will be here. i go to my EE to track a order but it does not work with the ref number it gave me

hi James,
although the email says "on its way" on my initial confirmation email, I do not believe it is. I have not received a tracking number. only an XKO reference number which neither works on the DPD website nor EE website.
this is the only email/text i have received regarding my order since Thursday

If you haven't received a tracking number from DPD, your parcel hasn't been dispatched yet.
