Hi 

I purchased a meta quest over 3 weeks ago and was meant to receive Xbox game pass for 2 years with it , I have not received a text and I can’t access anything on the app or on ee.co.uk/xbox , I just keep getting an error code. I have been sent the £50 voucher but not the game pass code ! I really need to set this up as I need to cancel my direct subscription asap to not be charged twice. 
anyone able to help me please !

I managed to do this by logging on to ee.co.uk/xbox on a laptop, this then allowed the text code to work no longer giving me any errors  , it then gave me an option to activate my Xbox game pass which when clicked it then took me to the Microsoft website ……..which gave me another error , however it showed me the 25 digit code , which I then put straight onto the Xbox store on my console which allowed it to redeem ! 

I hope this helps someone as it’s taken me 3 weeks since purchase to sort out !

Do you have the Game Pass add-on showing in your EE app or EE account online? 

Which error code do you get when you visit the link to get set up?

In my app I do have it under subscriptions yes , but I can’t seem to do anything with it ! I don’t have a link and when try to log on to the Xbox  part it sends me a code to log in then says something went wrong . 
I  tried to text 150 it just says I can add it to my account for £12.99 but it’s already there . When I text GPU it just says due to high demand  my request can’t be actioned . 

 

When I also put in my text code for additional authentication it says technical difficulties! 
it’s showing in my app it needs activation but I can’t get signed in to do it because of this error ?
