Xbox game pass

 I purchased the meta quest 3 with Xbox game pass - I haven’t received this for nearly a month now - been through the Xbox/ee link and received a code which says nothing to activate - spoken to EE through the app and nothing except try again with a new browser and clearing cache. 
who do I need to speak to so this can be looked into?

If no pass is showing available to activate when you go to ee.co.uk/xbox and enter your number it does mean the Xbox pass has not been added to the number in quesiton. Though if you have multiple numbers on your account make sure you are entering the number the Meta Quest 3 is being billed on.

It would usually add automatically when you add the bundle but if it hast not in this case please give our technical team a call on 150 and let them know your Game pass add-on from your gaming bundle has not added automatically and needs to be added manually. Once they are able to do that you then just need to go again to the activation link and you should then see it to activate.
