Meta Quest 3 delivery.

Hi. 

I placed an order on the 29th November 2024 for Meta Quest 3 and all I've had so far is an email saying order confirmed. But I've had no email or message to say item dispatched. Phone 150 is an absolute nightmare and spent hours on hold just waiting for nothing. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

With this order did you pay outright for your Quest 3, or have you opted for finance / adding it to your mobile bill?

Also please don't share this in full, but if you got an order reference number does this start with XK, EE, or SO0?
