About 5 days ago I began an Add on bundle for my mobile which was a meta quest headset bundle. Which was an extra £31 a month on top of my phone bill.

However I decided to return the bundle via DPD 2 days ago and was sent a confirmation message saying my return is in progress.

However on my EE account it says my next payment will be £82.99 - that is still including my add on bundle.

Do I have to do anything about this? , will I still be charged on the 10th for the add on? or will the normal charge for my phone bill be taken out.

Hi @gw2610 

If you have returned it after the billing cycle has started then yes you'll have to pay unless you speak to EE CS on 150 and they can stop the charge. If not then your additional charge will be refunded if due once the return is processed.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
