2 days ago I clicked return on a confirmation email of my order I received for the meta quest 3s Xbox edition bundle. I haven’t sent it back or to a drop off point - I still have it at home.
I have changed my mind and want to keep it. What do I do now as I want to keep it and I can’t get through to anyone on customer support.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's great to hear you would like to keep the Xbox, I would definitely recommend you Contact Us, just so the team can get it updated on the system that you would like to keep it. The channel returns team may chase you up about the return, have you received any emails in regards to this?

No I have not been emailed anything else regarding the return.
