I cant describe how awful my experience has been.
I switching from vodafone to EE because of coverage issue in my area.
ordered a sim from EE, 3 weeks on it’s not delivered yet, i keep calling and following up they say theres no way they can track it!
Their customer service team doesn’t know what they talking about, one agent tells me we can’t track it, another tells me we can, one agent tells me they reordered it another tells me it will be sent by email as an e-sim!
the last one i spoke to was shouting at me , she was rude , she kept yelling, Saying there’s nothing she can do!
Honestly, EE should be ashamed of itself for having such a low level customer service, They are obnoxious, loud, rude, max they should do is work on a farm, not a mobile operator! Shame on you!

I am sorry to hear of your recent experience when ordering a SIM, I will do all I can to help get this sorted.
Our SIM's are sent via Royal Mail so have no tracking available.
Has our customer care team confirmed your address and post code?
Do you have a local EE Store near?
