What a terrible services all around. First of all, whoever built this form has misconfigured the auto fill for the subject/title area making it ridiculously difficult to write the title. Secondly, and the reason I'm here, I can't see my bills online. My bill has gone up by £5 a month for reasons I can't establish as I can't see the bill. I am so frustrated with EE. , Once the contract is over I'm off and never coming back, and I'm telling anyone and everyone how awful EE is (apparently been taken over by BT, so it makes sense). The audacity of charging so much for a bottom-of-the-barrel service and an even worse customer experience. No doubt the employees hate working here too, so this isn't directed at the customer service's or account's people. I bet they get minimum wage and no bonuses, or if they get a bonus, it will be something like "A donation has been made in your name to the Royal Society for the Provention of Cruelty to Mobile Mast". Anyway, the absolute audacity of this company. Where are my Bills, Summer?

@Saylean It’s funny how so many others don’t have this issue with using the forum. BT acquired EE back in 2016 just to give you this information.
No doubt the staff hate working for EE/BT. Can you name your sauce ? because your opinion isn’t fact.
Your bills are available via your online account or via the EE app. Via the app you just need to click
and this is on the first page that opens up. Or you can click Manage then click

Hi Chris I wish I was able to see my bills I spoke to someone again and it is a known issue but they can’t tell me when it will be fixed. That’s my only flaw with EE. Love the fact I now get signal rather than being with o2 or sky.
