I ordered the iPhone 15 pro max . Dpd have had if for over a week and I'm getting the same text message about a problem in the area.. all my contract details are on the ee website. But no phone . This is worrying

 I received this text having ordered a new SIM, switching from Plusnet. Is it real or a scam? I'm currently on hold to your customer helpline and struggling to get through. Thanks.
