please can you urgently send me another return bag. The message that I was sent saying 'We'll send you another one, free of charge. All you need to do is log in to your account and select Return your kit.' is blatantly wrong as that is not an option anywhere so do phone up but not clear what option to select and then lost the will to live after 20 minutes of holding
