I ordered a new Sim Only card on 20th May and it still has not arrived. As it’s Royal Mail 2nd Class, I have no way of tracking the order.
Is 9 days or 6 working days normal for delivery?

If you select mobile and then new/joining EE this will get you to the right place 🙂

SIM Orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive. As you've been waiting longer, I would suggest getting in touch with our sales team by calling 0800 956 6000 and they can check the order for you.

Hi Leanne,
Once ringing the number and hearing all of the options available, there seemed to be no option for what I was looking for.
What options would I need to press to make sure I go through to the right people in regards to orders?
