Problems with order number

Hi i placed an order on Saturday where i paid £30 deposit. I received an email confirmation with order reference however, its not recognised has my order been accepted or rejected? I’ve not heard anything from EE or been refunded

@Tialun  You’re received a confirmation of order and that gives you an order number you’ll receive a tracking number once a device has been allocated to you 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
