Maybe scammed

Hi 

I’m new to EE. I ordered on Monday and my phone still hasn’t arrived. I’ve had no emails, text messages or anything from them. I have rang them but I only have the number they gave me 0800 9565029. They told me delivery was going to be yesterday and then last night said today. They gave me a tracking number for dad but there sight say it’s not correct. I’m worried I’ve been scammed as they had my bank details to pay for the handset. Do you think this is a scam?

What device and contract did you order. 

If you download Skype you can use wifi (and the number in my signature) to call EE to confirm your order number.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@BigBird46 , if you ordered it via phone or from the shop on EE’s website, then this would not be a scam and you can keep an eye on your delivery using the DPD app, making sure you use the same email address etc, as what EE have.

Once your order is out for delivery, you should receive notification via DPD.
