Did they take money from your account. it seems a regular thing but EE do nothing to help

They have done this to many people and get away with it, EE knowe they do this an still work with then an not help their customers

I agree you can , i was new on EE and searched EE top up on google an that page was top of the list. If i had known or if they had stated on the page topping up from this page you open a contract with them where they can just take money from your bank without receiving any top ups im sure i would not of used that top up page thinking it will be a once off top up. You should be asking how are they getting away with it but ok

Being top of a Google list is always dubious. They pay Google to be there. Always look down the list for a link to the firm's own domain that you are after.

Cuz the EE website is broken.
To add my card to the browser, it fails to load the 3DS page. I tried for two banks, tested on two devices. On the app, it tries to validate the billing address/postal code for UK, even when the country is explicitly selected differently. Meaning that it is impossible to top up your phone with your credit card if issued outside of UK.
