What is happening when you try to send the text with the voucher number?

Have you used the SIM card recently or has it been a while since it was used?

Hi have lost my phone on holiday have a spare phone but it won’t let me top up with voucher to 150? Any ideas thanks

Have you followed the steps on our Top up your pay as you go mobile help page? 
What's happening exactly, and do you get an error message when trying?
