My application got rejected but I have not had a refund for the upfront cost of £30, this company a scam?

You should get your refund within 7-10 days. Is your bank showing the payment as pending? If so, it should auto drop off in a few days.

@MarcMcIver67  How can it be a scam when you’ll be refunded if payment was taken ?  Where’s the scam ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I know it’s not I just haven’t had this before with any other company apologies
