Charged Upfront Cost After Pay Monthly Application Was Declined

I was  trying to get a phone on contract pay monthly but i haven't pass i think but i still have been charged what can i do about this thank you

If your application wasn't successful, any pending payments will be released back automatically from you bank. 

This can vary depending on who you bank, with but is usually within 10 working days.
